It's supposed to have an '80s Saturday Morning Cartoon vibe to it, but I guess I don't really get that feel from the game other than the inspirations for some of the character archetypes (space cowboy, sentient brain, giant robot, etc). Filmation loves reusing animation, and you'll find this 'intro' again in quite a few later episodes too. It starts off with an old school map and branding iron which turn into an almost Tron-like motherboard, fitting well with the space cowboy theme. Only our cowboy is an Indian. Native American.
